Libra

The fourth step of astrology is the Libra inventory. This is where we evaluate everything we can think of that contributes to our place in the Universe right now.

In diet terms, this can be achieved with a simple inventory of our meals from the last month.

Grab a blank sheet of paper and draw eight columns with four rows. In the first column, on each row, write: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks. Above the remaining columns — two to eight — write the days of the week.

Make a simple record of each meal. There’s no need to note quantities or whether you had a second (or third) helping.

After a month, when you’ve completed at least four sheets, you’ll be ready to start making adjustments to your diet.
